Casper is seeking an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join the Integrated Marketing team. The IM team is a growing part of the Casper marketing organization dedicated to cross-functional marketing strategy, developing new markets and audiences, and integrated operational efficiency. At an exciting time in Casper’s growth with an ever-expanding list of partnerships, projects and business opportunities, this person will be in the thick of it all with exposure to acquisition, retention and experiential marketing as well as social media and PR.

The ideal candidate is a proactive contributor, highly detail-oriented and organized with experience in digital and/or offline marketing, advertising or project management.   



  • Play an integral role on the marketing team, working closely with many other Casper teams to bring projects and business initiatives to life.
  • Project manage a wide variety of cross-functional initiatives playing a key role in ensuring proper prioritization, team-wide collaboration, that timelines are met, and projects are seamless from start to finish.
  • Develop relationships with key constituents across organization to foster teamwork and collaboration while achieving marketing goals
  • Own the Casper marketing calendar, ensuring it’s up to date and an efficient tool within Casper
  • Drive project efficiency and develop new processes when needed
  • Support ongoing weekly progress and performance reporting for integrated marketing projects
  • Support integrated marketing research efforts  
  • Participate in marketing brainstorm and ideation sessions, as well as development and execution of strategic marketing plans



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year work experience on a fast-paced marketing team and/or managing complex, multi-faceted projects
  • Highly organized with a passion for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build strong working relationships at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to streamline and structure many moving pieces
  • Experience with data analysis and Excel
  • Nice to have: Proficient in Asana or other project management software
