About the role 🤓

As an Integrations Specialist you will work closely with other members of the new merchant onboarding team to set up for success from day one and beyond and maintain a long-term relationship with new merchants. Your mission at SeQura will be to help us offer the best integration experience possible to our merchants.

What you'll do 🚀

• Installation, configuration and testing of seQura modules and plugins.

• Web loading of related visual content related to seQura

• Resolution of basic incidents.

• Identify and escalate complex incidents.

• Technical support to commerces.

• Testing and quality control of integrations.

• Email management.

• Documentation of projects carried out.

• Report new cases to document.
