We're hiring for an Integration Specialist who is responsible for implementations and support of integrating Solv with our partner's EMR’s. Passionate problem solvers who are able to think quickly on their feet and are excited about building and delivering proactive solutions, making a difference in the lives of hundreds of patients are right up our alley. 

You can expect to:

  • Lead EMR integration projects gathering design requirements, executing configurations, and testing the integration with our partners
  • Provide best-in-class customer support to our partners’ existing integrations
  • Support the evaluation and testing of integration development work
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation
  • Contribute to the cultural foundation of a dynamic, growing team
  • Collaborate with members of other functions, such as Engineering and Customer Success to ensure the success of implementation projects

You'd be great in this role if you:

  • Have proven experience working directly with customers on complex EMR projects
  • Have 3+ years of EMR integration experience (Epic, Cerner, Athena, Allscripts, NextGen, eCW)
  • Have experience working with SQL, integration engines (Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody), APIs, HL7, SFTP
  • Understand clinical workflows
  • Enjoy working in high-growth environments, with a natural knack for organization, prioritization, and triaging tasks with ease
  • Feel a strong sense of ownership and are confident in meeting deadlines and maintaining communication across geographies and timeframes
  • Are passionate about being part of a team that values creating an inclusive, engaging environment for all of its members
