About the Integration Specialist Position: 

We are looking for a talented and fast-paced Integrations Specialist with customer facing experience to utilize ETL tools and provide support for internal and external customers utilizing STORD integrations. It is a vital role for on-boarding our enterprise customers and suppliers to our platform.

Preference for candidates located in GA, TN, TX, CO, CA, NJ, FL, AL, NY, MI, OR, IL, and IN

What You'll Do: 

• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers to understand and resolve issues related to integrations
• Own ETL related updates and deployments for production support
• Collaborate with the Integration Lead to develop new integration processes based on customer requirements
• Use API clients (Postman) to test and troubleshoot API endpoints
• Review, interpret, and map EDI messages
• Track progress and provide regular on assigned tasks to Integrations Lead
• Maintain existing mappings, respond to alerts and provide root cause analysis

What You'll Need:

• Bachelors Degree in Business or STEM field ideally
• 4+ years of experience in B2B integrations
• Experience Reviewing, interpreting, and mapping EDI messages
• Experience using API clients (ideally Postman) to test and troubleshoot API endpoints
• Programs: ETL / Data Integration / iPaaS (Boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft etc.) / API Clients
• ETL / Middleware tool experience (using daily basis or in previous role): Dell Boomi, Celigo, or Mulesoft
• ERP Application experience: Net Suite (preferably), SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
• EDI experience: 900 / 800 series or 110,210,310 invoice experience

• exposure to WMS or ERP systems
