We are urgently looking for a talented and experienced Interface Designer to join our team in Brussels. This role combines creativity, technical expertise, and user-centric thinking to craft intuitive and visually stunning interfaces. You’ll work cross-functionally with a dynamic team to deliver designs that improve user engagement and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points to make informed design decisions.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to define product layouts and functionalities.

Visual Design: Design high-quality interfaces that align with brand identity and enhance user experience.

Usability Testing: Organize testing sessions, iterating designs based on user feedback.

Interaction Design: Develop intuitive, interactive design elements for smooth user experiences.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design goals are met.

Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Accessibility: Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.

Feedback Implementation: Refine designs based on input from end-users and the team.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar for design and prototyping.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Certification Requirements
