Job Overview:

Olive is looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. This role will work directly supporting our Senior Director of Internal Communications to help drive employee-facing communication strategies and tactical plans aimed at building Olive’s vibrant culture.

Internal communications is a first-time function for Olive, so this role provides a unique opportunity for someone to come in and help shape Olive’s short- and long-term internal communications approach. The Internal Communications Specialist will be closely involved in everything from strategy to execution to build a best-in-class program that scales with Olive. As such, we are looking for someone who is creative, driven, and super passionate about employee communication, engagement, and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with content planning/development, including company presentations and internal storytelling.
• Responsible for reporting/analytics, including conducting employee surveys and other research to track progress toward goals.
• Provide administrative and project management support in order to deliver on Olive's internal communications strategy.
• Work with internal partners to develop and lead innovative internal communication campaigns, and to coordinate efforts across our team — from editorial, to design, and more — to keep our people engaged.
• Maintain constant flow of ideas for internal communications in an effort to drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Research (and support implementation) of new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and efficacy of communications (and maximize use of existing tools).
