Rowan has completely reimagined the ear piercing experience and revolutionized the traditional mall-based model. All our piercings are performed exclusively by licensed Nurses. All of Rowan's products are hypoallergenic. Our priority is to offer a fun, celebratory, and safe piercing experience for everyone. When we say piercing for all, we mean it. Rowan is actively opening Stand-Alone Studios across the country. We welcome our Rowan Nurses to work shifts in these studios (open 7 days a week), if interested in full-time and part-time positions as a Rowan Studio Nurse or full-time as a Studio Manager.
Relocation, full time benefits, and compensation packages are available. In cases where relocation is necessary, Rowan will provide financial assistance.
Transfer and Relocation Policy
- Policy
- A transfer or reassignment request from one department to another, and transfer effective date if applicable, is subject to availability of a position at the new location/department, as well as, the business and staffing needs.
- Employment Requirements
- Successfully completed the introductory employment period (90 days)
- Be free of any disciplinary action for the previous six (6) months
- Attendance in good standing
- Piercing metrics and sales meet performance expectation
- Application Process
- It is recommended, prior to initiating an application to transfer, Nurses notify their respective RGM of their interest.
- Participate in a formal interview process
- Transfer Effective Date
- Should the Nurse be selected for transfer, coordination between all parties is essential to ensure the transition does not cause a hardship on vacating schedules.
- Financial Assistance
- Benefits under the plan will cease if the employee resigns his/her employment or is terminated for cause, including for poor performance.
- In addition, if an employee resigns from his/her employment, or is terminated for cause, including for poor performance, within 12 months of having been transferred, the employee will be required to reimburse the Company for relocation expenses paid for by the Company under this policy.
