The Basics:

The International Campaigns Manager is responsible for pipeline generation and acceleration campaigns spanning our EMEA, North and South Asia markets. This role will lead efforts to acquire new customers through strategic and well executed campaigns and go-to-market initiatives within supported regions. 


The International Campaigns Manager will work closely with marketing leadership, field marketing, digital marketing and the demand execution teams to conceptualize and plan integrated programs, determine and measure goals and objectives, align cross-functional teams, and execute on program deliverables. This position is also responsible for aligning programs to account-based or segment-based (industry, company size, etc.) objectives. 


This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and is part of the Demand Generation team that includes global demand center, marketing operations and account development.

What you’ll do:

  • In coordination with sales and field marketing teams, develop the regional go-to-market plans including the digital and field marketing strategy, budget & goals 
  • Develop demand gen models to forecast, track and achieve targets for regional inquiries, qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline & close/won deals
  • Strategize and activate integrated regional demand generation programs across a mix of tactics and marketing channels – display, paid social, content syndication, webinars, field marketing activities, email, etc
  • Communicate and enable the sales and partner organizations on the strategy and activation elements for international campaigns
  • Provide regular reporting and KPI analysis to leadership in support of continuous international and regional ROI optimization 
  • Partner with MDR and SDR Teams to ensure alignment on lead volume, quality and lead follow up
  • When appropriate, localize and personalize messaging and tactics to region, segment & vertical to optimize for engagement and conversion


We’re looking for someone with:

  • Education:
  • BA or BS in marketing or related field
  • Experience:
      • 7-10 years of experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, integrated marketing or related disciplines
      • Experience working with international teams
      • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end integrated campaigns
      • Proven experience developing high ROI demand generation campaigns 
  • Others:
    • B2B experience strongly preferred
    • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS or other IT environments a plus
    • Analytical minded with understanding of SiriusDecisions Waterfall methodologies 
    • Excellent writing skills with experience in landing page, email and ad copywriting
    • Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability
