International Payments Specialist

Payment Operations is crucial to Starling, and our customers. We ensure that payments are processed correctly, and on time. We work with many payment schemes and it is important that we are up to date on scheme rules and regulatory requirements.

To support our rapid and continued customer growth, we are looking for a new International Payments Specialist to join the team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience within an international payment processing role.
- Must have detailed knowledge of FX transactions, International Payments, SEPA, Swift.
- Knowledge of Swift and SEPA payments guidelines, scheme rules and regulatory framework.
- Ability to analyse payment instructions for viability.
- Detailed knowledge & use of any of the following Payments schemes also preferable – Current Account Switch Service (CASS)/BACS /Faster Payments.
- Ability to balance workload, dealing with multiple priorities and ability to work within a team in a changing environment.
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
