The ideal candidate will be a people person, working within our local Central Recruitment Team and coordinating closely with our Regional HR Managers. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of critical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation
- Ensure candidates receive an outstanding candidate experience as we grow our presence in different regions
- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Develop and implement candidate lead generation strategies
- Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of qualifications and competencies
- Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
- Identify recruitment improvement ideas to implement across regions
Desired Characteristics:
- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience recruiting C-Level executives across multiple regions, ideally Europe and APAC
- Exceptional interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection tactics
- Experience working with an ATS and sourcing tools
- Entrepreneurial drive with a clear sense of urgency to achieve results, ability to work within tight timelines
- Proven track record successfully sourcing passive candidates
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
