Inventory Control Lead, Hudson Valley

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our first-ever in-house optical lab in Sloatsburg, New York. As a vertically integrated brand, this lab is the next step in continuing to provide a remarkable customer experience, allowing for more sustainable growth across our supply chain. We’re looking for an awesome Inventory Control Lead to help us launch the lab and manage inventory.

What you’ll do: 

  • Receive, store, and manage frame, lens, and consumable inventory in both bulk pallet and hand pick locations
  • Responsible for printing and queuing order tickets
  • Own cycle counting and accountable for physical and system inventory accuracy at the facility
  • Report on damaged frame and lens inventory
  • Return damaged or defective product to vendors
  • Field occasional order tracking requests from headquarters
  • Work with the Corporate Facilities team on supply ordering for the facility

Who you are: 

  • Equipped with 3+ years work experience, preferably in a warehousing or manufacturing environment
  • Experienced with ERP computer systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, quick learning and process-oriented

Extra credit: 

  • Optical lab experience
  • CPR certified
