Warby Parker is searching for an experienced team leader for our in-house optical manufacturing facility in Sloatsburg, NY. As a Team Lead, you’ll be both a doer and a leader—managing day-to-day operations within a department and overseeing a team of associates, all while jumping in to help out with the work yourself! You will be tasked with leading a world-class team of Production Associates in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
