Your Expert will then spend up to an hour helping you get set up with your new product, and even show you a few tips and tricks.

About the role.

When a customer orders a product with Enjoy, they get to pick the time and place to have their product hand-delivered and setup. In order to deliver on this promise, our Experts rely on inventory and logistics teams to ensure t the right Expert receives the right product at the right time. The inventory and logistics teams play a critical role in supporting this function by ensuring best practices and operational excellence is achieved across all markets and best meet the needs of Enjoy, our Experts, and our customers.  

These responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Managing all inventory and logistics employees nationwide.
  • Ensuring best practices and standardization across markets
  • Mentoring and growing the team and contributing to an amazing place to work
  • Collaborating with field leadership to ensure alignment on logistics needs, capabilities and solutions and any issues are resolved
  • Lead cross functional improvements in inventory and logistics processes to drive scalability and efficiency
  • Owning daily, weekly and monthly reports to analyze the effectiveness of inventory and logistics and underlying trends
  • Ensure operational excellence is the backbone behind everything we do.
  • Monitoring results to ensure we can achieve our inventory in stock and accuracy metrics
  • Understanding changes in customer or business need and aligning future planning to support
  • Communicating inventory strategies effectively across departments to ensure the best customer and Expert experience
  • Reducing logistics costs based on continued improvement and operational excellence.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years logistics, inventory, supply chain  or other related operations experience.

Strong analytical background where data is used to support good operational changes

Leadership positions managing 10+ people

Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs; excel proficiency includes: v-lookups, pivots tables and advanced formulas.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to plan ahead and identify roadblocks before they happen.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments.
