The IT Admin position helps support and maintain our internal IT services to a growing workforce of more than 100 employees across 3 locations. You’ll require a broad range of experience and skills in various aspects of IT with a focus on networking and software. The role reports to the IT Manager and may require some travel from time to time.

Key Objectives

  • Deploy and manage IT services and hardware internally
  • Provide end-user support to other teams
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT services and infrastructure
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Write and maintain system documentation
  • CCNA/CCNP Certification
  • Experience with VoIP and Video conferencing
  • OpenLDAP/Active Directory knowledge
  • Experience with Ubiquiti or Meraki access points
  • A passion for food!
