Job Description:

The IT Administrative assistant works with the various other departments to manage and process all administrative tasks within the IT team.

  • Manages the purchase workflow for services and products
  • Process purchase orders, handles invoice payment
  • Track expenditures against budget / plan
  • Interfaces with HR and admin department for leave, attendance, seating and general staff admin tasks
  • Performs other generic admin tasks, as needs arise



  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least two year of experience with administration and accounting tasks
  • Capable to work to tight deadlines
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good English skills (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Good skills with MS office applications (word, excel, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience with at least one common ERP application would be beneficial (Sage, SAP, JDE, etc.)
