As an IT Engineer Access Management you will scale and secure our IT and corporate environment by design, testing, researching, making access management recommendations ensuring solutions protecting our information and resources. As well as supporting our Compliance requirements through technical controls. 

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone with a learning mindset. Although significant experience is a plus, we’re happy to support growth for folks with good grounding and a can-do attitude.

You Will:

  • Administer and work with all aspects of our IT infrastructure
  • Review, Recommend and implement security aspects of the environment across Identity Access Management systems and solutions
  • Lead and implement access management process improvements for our environment, Propose new processes, procedures or technical controls based on knowledge and information gained
  • Possess an understanding of access management systems and monitoring products across tools and platforms
  • Provide recommendations to mitigate within platforms and across Operating systems
  • Be a subject matter expert and fountain of knowledge that others want to learn from
  • Manage our Engineering Access Management needs across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Research and engineer our corporate/IT infrastructure to support our business as we scale
  • Be hands on testing controls within technical systems admin, improving Access Management on an ongoing basis, as well as proving evidence of technical controls in place for compliance requirements
  • Automate systems and processes to support a rapidly scaling company
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to them
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to implement infrastructure that supports and secures our environment
  • Document and maintain internal IT procedures

 

What You Will Bring to the Table: 

  • Experience researching, recommending, and implementing access management across platforms
  • A technical source of knowledge to continuously review, evaluate and improve security/systems/processes
  • Knowledge across or that is transferable between Azure, Google and Mosyle services with ability to implement device security and automate manual operations work
  • Scripting and automation skills
  • Ability to simplify and secure the platform environment through policy, management and compliance
  • Passion about building a big business that transforms the healthcare industry
  • Excited about the ambiguity of an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing company, and able to juggle many projects and responsibilities
  • Great communication, prioritization, and project management skills. 
  • The ability to advocate for a position while maintaining a collaborative and open-minded approach

Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges are developed with the support of benchmarks (competitive San Francisco rates for US-based roles) and industry best practices.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $135,000~$225,000.
