We are looking for an IT help desk technician to support our fast growing team across all of Europe. The right candidate must be self-motivated and have a strong customer-service focus, with experience supporting Mac based users - preferably within an ever-growing and fast-paced environment.
The IT help desk technician role will be responsible for projects that involve our EMEA users and offices. This person will be supporting the strategic initiatives that ensure our users and the systems and processes that support them function smoothly. The role will involve working very closely with the Global IT Manager to prioritize and implement projects in addition to providing day to day support.
