IT Program Manager

NextEV is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual committed to successful delivery of technical projects to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The individual will be responsible for managing new projects across our IT/Digital Operations functions. This position will manage key complex, cross-functional IT programs & projects with regard to scope, schedule, resources and budget. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in delivering large/complex programs.  

•Lead the execution of IT/Digital Operations large-scale full lifecycle projects in an Agile environment.
•Manage expectations and deliver high quality solutions on-time within scope and budget in support of business objectives.
•Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and drive resolution of project issues.
•Understand project technical implementation and provide analytical guidance to project team. 
•Lead Agile Scrum standups, sprint planning, and retrospective reviews.
•Implement improvements and share program/project management processes, governance, best practices to Digital Operations and engineering team.
•Support projects concurrently in geographically distributed teams, as well as third-party vendors.

•Bachelor’s degree (Business or Technical field)
•8+ years of experience supporting e-Commerce and/or ERP applications projects
•PMP/Agile SCRUM Certification a plus
•Strong understanding of SDLC methodology 
•Strong knowledge of JIRA and confluence and hands on experience in configuring these tools
•Advanced working knowledge of business processes, operations, and technology
•Ability to complete projects on time, on budget, and with the approved scope
•Demonstrated the solutions delivery that exceeds customer expectations 
•Experience in successfully working with cross-functional matrix organization 
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively and independently
