We seek an enthusiastic IT assistant who has the desire to grow both their technical and client/customer care skills. You will be helping ensure iwoca employees are always provided with the greatest IT experience using their equipment and operational systems. You will form part of the front line of the IT department making sure that all user needs, queries or problems are identified, prioritised and resolved to a high standard. You will be exposed to cutting edge online systems in a fast paced, forward thinking organisation.
