We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer who has worked in high-growth, high-scale startups, who will operate with a high level of autonomy. You will have a history of administering a fleet of Mac’s both from a provisioning and security standpoint. Ensuring Internal WiFi, security systems, conference facilities and GSuite are all administered professional and securely. You will build and foster a great relationship with ops; contributing towards the maintenance of our servers, AWS account, etc.
