The Role

As our new IT Support Intern you will be supporting internal staff with their technical challenges as well as optimizing our office & meeting infrastructure.


Troubleshoot computer hardware, software or network issues –
Diagnose and resolve end-user PC, network or printer problems. Some expected areas of troubleshooting consist of: hardware, software (Office365, HubSpot, etc.), video conference (Skype for Business), e-mail setup, local-area network access problems, VPN setup etc.

Installation of software or hardware– Provide assistance in the installation of approved software and hardware, clean and reinstall PC’s, etc.


The minimal duration for the internship is 6 months, however 12 months is preferred. A prerequisite for the internship is that you are currently following a study (any level) or that you finished a bachelor or masters degree no more than 2 years ago.


  • Expert knowledge of MacOS & Windows 10

  • Expert knowledge of Office365

  • Preferred knowledge of HubSpot, OpenVPN, Skype for Business, Slack, Linux

  • Some experience resolving Internet, network connectivity & performance problems preferred

  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical computer-related problems

  • Ability to be self-directed and work effectively

  • Has excellent communication skills: verbal and written

  • Has excellent problem-solving skills

  • Has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Have a friendly demeanour, especially when interacting with staff
