As a member of an innovative, motivated and talented team, you will be responsible for maintaining StoreHub's computer network and providing technical support to all StoreHub employees to ensure the company runs smoothly. We need our IT support Representative to be versatile and passionate to tackle new problems as we continue to push technology forward.
As an IT Support Representative you will maintain StoreHub's computer systems, install and configure all of the hardware and software used by our employees. You will also be responsible for solving technical problems that we may encounter and ensuring that the company is safeguarded against future IT problems by implementing preventative measures. The work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. You have strong analytical skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills. You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t). What we’re after is someone with a curious mind and a passion for improvement.
