As a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Technician (Hybrid), you’ll be a key part of keeping the organization's operations running. You’ll have access to a wide range of Data Center operational environments and systems you will regularly troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure issues. You’ll need to have both technical and soft skills, helping to define processes, monitor status and provide recommendations to senior management.

***Hybrid Opportunity: Monday and Friday are WFH. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are onsite in Red Bank, NJ.***

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10, macOS, and Windows Server operating systems and associated software
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and security of the company's computer systems and network infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptop hardware, including replacement of hardware components as needed
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS services
  • Design, implement, and maintain VLANs and VPN connections
  • Develop and maintain documentation of the company's computer systems and network infrastructure
  • Provide technical support to users for hardware and software-related issues
  • Administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Endpoint Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a Support / Operations role
  • Solid understanding of systems administration (Windows Servers)
  • Hands on experience with Laptop/Desktop support – Windows and MAC OS
  • Experience with Networking (DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, LAN Management and monitoring)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office365 setup, configuration and management
  • Familiar Security tools – antivirus, data loss prevention, anti-spam and anti-phishing tools
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills

Additional Valuable Skills

  • Programming / scripting (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
  • Knowledge of data center ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling)
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with Linux Systems Administration

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000

Final salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
