“Ocado Technology, powering the future of retail through sustained disruptive technology innovation...”

Ocado Technology is putting the world’s retailers online using the cloud, robotics, AI, and IoT. We champion a value-led culture to get our teams working at their very best and to help create a collaborative working environment that our people love. Core values of Trust, Autonomy, Craftsmanship, Collaboration and Learn Fast help drive our innovative culture.

We also stay up to date with the latest advancements, making use of the newest technologies both in backend and frontend. Our UI is written in React and we enforce highest security standards in our projects.

The team is formed by Software Engineers experienced in both server-side and UI programming. Knowledge sharing is one of our top priorities (hackdays, pair programming, etc.). We follow Kanban and lean development practices, adapting them to what works best for us.
