DevOps Resource
CI&T is looking for a Backend (.NET) Developer to work remotely willing to tackle technical challenges on DevOps work with clients located in the North American region.
You would be responsible for creating and maintaining a technical relationship with our client’s technical team from different internal initiatives providing support in the Devops activities and you will work under the direction of the DevOps Supervisor to plan, track and deliver various end-to-end DevOps lifecycle tasks, deliverables, and specific steps with a focus on automation. In addition, it’s expected that you would guide and train our Jrs team members towards the best practices in DevOps and software engineering practices.
You are expected to work 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM BRT and 6 PM BRT. There may be occasional deployments or maintenance activities that require working outside of these hours, which will be scheduled on a rotating basis with other team members and may occur once a week (or less frequently, depending on business needs).
Responsabilities:
- Create/maintain scripts for build, deploy, automate, monitor applications;
- Provision new servers, DB servers;
- Create pipelines (Azure DevOps) - backend (C#) and frontend (Vue, Node);
- Create deployment projects (Octopus);
- Implement/configure metrics using automation process for using LogStash, ELK, Kibana tools;
- Do routine troubleshooting to fix issues related to configurations, set up under DevOps purview;
Requirements for this challenge:
- English: Advanced (conversation) or Fluent;
- Sr .NET Developer with good knowledge of DevOps Principles;
- Organized in order to self-manage activities;
- Be able to work independently;
- Proactive/self learning skills;
- Version Controls tools: Git based and TFS;
- Configuration Management: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc;
- Project management: Jira, Agile Central;
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, AzureDevops, Octopus;

- PowerShell Knowledge
- Cloud base knowledge
- Infrastructure as Code Knowledge
