Carvana is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as a Jr. Salesforce Administrator. The Jr. Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for performing day to day administration and operation of our Salesforce instance, while simultaneously providing support. You will manage and work with end-users to ensure that applications meet their needs and keep pace with changes in program operations, policies, and/or procedures. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing company.

Specifically as a Jr. Salesforce Administrator, you can expect that….
You will provide daily administration and support of Carvana’s Salesforce platform including but not limited to managing multiple profiles and roles, configuring Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, workflow, etc.
You will keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
You will create and maintain documentation on processes, application configuration, and training material for users.
You will keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
You will provide application users with technical support.
You will log and track identified system problems through resolution.
You will develop ad-hoc reports as requested by user groups or stakeholders, performs analysis on data as required
You will continuously monitor data quality and integrity.

You have Salesforce experience.
You possess excellent communication and analytical skills

You have an ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
