Junior Communications Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Communications Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategic marketing communications initiatives across various channels.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and execute communication plans, aligned with overall business objectives. 
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences and inform content creation.
  • Create engaging content in Arabic and English for various channels, including social media, email marketing, website, and press releases.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for communication.
  • Support with public relations activities, such as drafting press releases and media outreach.
  • Support the organization of events, conferences, and other promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Maintain relationships with media contacts and coordinate press inquiries and interviews.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Track and analyze the performance of communication initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required). 
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing communications role (required).
  3. You are Bi-lingual (Arabic and English required). 
  4. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
  8. Proficiency in using software such as Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint for  various marketing purposes. 
  9. Knowledgeable of the startup ecosystem (a plus). 
  10. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  12. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team  environment.
  13. A passion for marketing and a creative mindset.
