About the Role:
- As a Junior Headhunter, you will have the opportunity to be mentored on how we conduct our recruiting process and the different tools and strategies we use to recruit the Best IT Talent from Latin America.
- You will employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver a high-performing talent pool.
- Identify, recruit, and keep candidates engaged in our process.
- Conduct screening interviews to evaluate the knowledge and technical skills of our candidates.
- Use our ATS to manage candidate information
- The opportunity will start with a temporary contract (3 months) but with the possibility to renew the contract afterwards.
Must Haves:
- Availability to work in a full time option.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and data-informed environment
- Great prioritization skills – time-management, handling multiple positions with different scopes
- Good analytical abilities and a quick learner.
