Refinery29 is hiring an junior Influencer Campaign Manager to execute all post-sales dimensions of sold, custom campaigns leveraging YouTube and social programs. This person will work with our Senior Campaign manager to help execute sold campaigns.

 This person will also oversee execution and optimization for advertiser-led opportunities (programs that are created specifically for brands), firstly on YouTube. S/he will advocate a holistic approach, creating synergies and efficiencies across the Talent/Branded Experiences / Editorial / Video teams, while also establishing best practices / rules-of-engagement for these campaigns. S/he will have demonstrated ability to handle talent for commercial initiatives in a seasoned and professional fashion.

She / he will manage all deadlines and deliverables between talent and R29’s brand partners and communicate changes and feedback. She / he will leverage their proven knowledge of social platforms to tailor assets for SEO and performance. For example, for YouTube Influencer video, individual will conform tags and other metadata for best viewership, and parse YouTube analytics to showcase campaign highlights. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • Managing the production process for sponsored and custom Influencer content from deal signature to launch, implementation and recap
  • Developing and maintaining production schedules and managing assets
  • Acting as the lead post-sales point of contact for Sales (and where necessary, clients) to help manage talent deliverables and client approvals, and as primary point of contact to relevant internal departments (Talent, Production, Brand Experiences Account Management, Video) during the production process
  • Leveraging deep knowledge of YouTube Influencers, formats and best practices
  • Deploying traffic drivers and marketing tactics to ensure delivery against campaign goals
  • Interpreting and reporting out of all analytics for optimal client reporting
  • Working with other Production groups to meet the demands of the Sales team
  • Implementing key processes within a fast-paced publisher or platform



  • Minimum 1 year experience managing and organizing digitally native talent and integrated campaigns
  • Must be extremely organized and a problem solver
  • Able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a new and changing offering
  • Must be a savvy marketer with a passion for digital media and emerging marketing principles
  • Tenacious individual who knows when to not take “no” for an answer
  • Beyond relationships and determination, must also be a strategic and creative thinker
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
