Junior Management Accountant

You will play a key role within the finance team providing business partnering and administration support to the wider finance function and across numerous internal stakeholders.

As part of a small and agile finance team, the junior management accountant will be expected to cover several day-to-day tasks such as managing all company expense types to being a conduit between finance and the business as part of regular timetabled activities such as forecasting and budgeting, analysis of company trends as well as supporting other departments with their operational processes alongside ad-hoc support as the business requires.

BigChange is a leading Field Service Management Software Provider and are based in Thorpe Park, Leeds.


  • Good understanding of financial reporting standards
  • Knowledge of Sage packages
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with a volume of data to produce meaningful information
  • Experience of finance support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the willingness to be hands on across small finance team.
  • Adaptable with a flexible approach to work
  • Thrives in a fast paced, task focussed environment with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive in the continual advancement of your knowledge
  • A true team player with an interest in getting to know the team around them.
  • Ability to provide a professional service both internally and externally.
  • Excellent organisational skills
