Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter who will play a key role in the growth of the Casper team.  This person will work closely with the entire Talent team to ensure a superior candidate experience and attract the best talent.  You will have a true passion for people and culture, driven to develop yourself and those around you, and, of course, you must love sleep!

Responsibilities

  • Provide an extremely positive, high-touch experience for any/all candidates who enter the Casper interview process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews onsite, by phone or Google hangouts.
  • Manage active candidates and interface with hiring managers on interview work flow and process.
  • Greet candidates to ensure they have a seamless interview process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and gather information from hiring managers.
  • Maintain our people database, Greenhouse, and use data to drive hiring decisions.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects related to Talent as necessary.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience recruiting in a start-up environment, or if from the agency side you must have worked with tech companies/start-ups.
  • Proactive approach to work, motivated to develop your skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize based on business needs.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the Talent function of a fast-paced start up.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse or similar ATS's would be a major PLUS.
