About the Role:

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you'll engage with potential clients, forge strong connections, and offer tailored solutions for several business utilities (energy, commercial insurance or telecommunications.). You will be qualifying the leads, and passing these onto our seasoned sales professionals, this role is all about lead generation and qualification! You will also be collaborating with the wider team to devise and execute effective outbound telesales strategies, driving growth and aligning with our expansion plans.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK - helping them get a better deal on their energy, commercial insurance or telecommunications
• Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Acting as the customer’s account executive or account manager.
• Creating relationships with our customers, giving them a world class service.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's.

Established in 2007, you will be joining a growing business of 850+ colleagues across 4 offices, passionate about helping as many customers as possible save time and money on their business essentials.

About You

• No sales experience necessary: Bionic dedicates it’s time to training you from the moment your journey starts with us.
• Outstanding Verbal Communication Skills: This is key when building relationships with your customers, ensuring they receive a world-class experience every time
• Cross Functional: Happy to sell a variety of products to our clients, switching between energy, insurance and telecommunications.
• Resilience: You may not meet your targets every day, but it’s how you react to those hurdles that sets you apart.
• Passion for Sales: You thrive in a target-driven role and enjoy the challenge of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Thinking on your feet and reacting to the fast-paced nature of the sales industry is crucial.
