Junior Sales Engineer

Sinch is growing fast and we are now seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to join our Sales Engineer team and help us deliver to our clients.

The essence of the role

As a Junior Sales Engineer you will act as subject matter expert for the Sinch products. You’ll provide pre-sales support, initially working mainly with internal teams. The Sales Engineer team works closely with the Sales team to plan and execute account strategies, take part in executive meetings, solution presentations, technical workshops, and follow-up discussions. The team's objective is to help prospects understand and customers to achieve the highest business value possible from our products in a way that is financially rewarding for both the customer and Sinch.

As Junior Sales Engineer you'll contribute to the team's objective through supporting the team with various tasks and enable them in their work.

As our new Junior Sales Engineer you will:

  • Provide product expertise: act as subject matter expert to support the Sales Team.
  • Act as internal pre- and post-sales support including coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborating internally and externally to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

We look for someone who is solutions oriented with a strong sense of accountability and sees things through to the end. You comfortably interact with all levels of organizations and enjoy building business relationships both internally and externally.

In order to be successful in this role you have:

  • University Degree in a technical field or sales related degree.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience from mobile, telecom, network, or related technology field.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Language: Fluency in business English both written and spoken.

Big plus!

The following are meritorious but not a requirement:

  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Experience from a hands-on technical role is a big plus
