The Role

As a Junior Sales Executive for Hailo for Business you’ll be launching and scaling our new business offering. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially astute business developer to make a significant impact on an exciting business that’s growing fast globally.

Responsibilities

  • Understand our product and proposal and contribute to its evolution according to market needs (mainly Barcelona and supporting Madrid)
  • Deliver against monthly sales targets
  • Work with Marketing and Operations City Team to agree plan to drive leads
  • Build relationships and convert new sales opportunities
  • Identify and proactively pitch proposition to select ‘cold’ prospects and close
  • Develop client segmentation and account management processes with General Manager
  • Identify and execute relevant sales strategy for each Customer Segment and specific Key Accounts
  • Monitor financial and operational performance to spur growth and optimize margin
  • You will report to the General Manager
