LAA - Customer Success Manager

Contractor

Responsibilities:
 
·       Responsible for leading recruitment teams to reach recruit targets   
·        Keep track and enforce recruiting metrics
·       Identify opportunities for improvement
·       Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
·       Coach clients on market conditions
·       Manage expectations and negotiate them with clients
·       Be the liaison between team members and clients
·       Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
·       Learn and teach LAAgencia FastHire methodology

  Requirements
·       Exceptional customer service skills.
·       Strong decision-making skills
·       Analytical skills
·       Several years of experience in Sales / Administration / HRBP / Generalist /  Operations Manager o Business Development
·       Excellent leadership abilities, experience leading teams
·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
·       Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
·       Excellent verbal, written communication and team management skills
·       Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
·       Familiar with customer success strategy
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or Google Drive
·       Proficient in English
  
Nice to have
·       8  years of experience in sales/ administration / HRBP
·       Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
·       Experience setting sales goals
·       Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
·       Understanding of CRM systems and best practices
·       Recruitment Process
·       Familiar with IT
·       Account operations manager experience
