Casetext is looking for current law students excited about legal innovation and access to justice to be Casetext Ambassadors for the fall 2016 semester.
As an Ambassador, you will represent Casetext at your school, inspire classmates to help improve access to legal knowledge, and educate your peers on how they can use Casetext for legal research while in law school and beyond. We expect that you will grow leadership skills, build relationships with students and professors, set yourself apart as a legal innovator, contribute to a public resource, and gain firsthand experience working with a legal technology startup.
The deadline to apply is June 1, 2016.
Who we are:
Casetext is a free legal research and writing platform, and is quickly becoming THE best place to read and write about the law. We were founded in response to a major social justice problem: the law is expensive to access and difficult to understand. Our mission above all else is to make all the world’s laws free and understandable. We’re working with lawyers, law firms, professors, and law students to build a free resource where anyone can access not only the text of the law, but the insights that make it understandable. As the future of the profession, it is essential that law students find a home in this movement too, now and in the future!
