📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
The Flash Sales Negotiation Management team is in charge of leading one of the main initiatives in the Strat Plan for the tribe, with a huge business impact due to its main objective: increase the sales through our campaigns. The mission of this product is to handle the negotiation process, with the final outcome of defining purchase and selling prices for all of the products that will end up on the website.
The Lead Developer will be responsible for leading, managing the workload and mentoring a team of 5 senior developers.
The main challenge will be handling big volumes of data, gathering multiple types of data within different parts of the IS and managing the aggregation of all of this data.

🎯 TASKS
- Provide and support a strategic vision that integrates a broad range of ideas for applications and software developments. Work on web and software development projects within different disciplines which influences multiple areas of the business;
- Work closely with Product Owner, Lead IT, Architect to develop the technical design and solutions;
- Be an integral part of the lifecycle of software or web development;
- Analyze, code, test, implement, and update existing or new software and web applications to find solutions to the current company’s technology needs;
- Provide solutions to technical difficulties and complex issues that might affect various fields and subject areas simultaneously;
- Coordinate with other team members (and other teams) and provide the tangible end product;
- Use a process-driven method to approach design solutions;
- Mentor other peers with workflows and complex software solution buildings with your skills and experience;
- Plan your development tasks accordingly to improve and grow your performance bar considerably
👉 MUST HAVE skills
- 3-5 years of experience in similar or related field;
- Good experience with .Net Core, C# (senior), Kafka, K8s, Git (CI/CD)
- Strong back-end skills;Leadership/Product Ownership;
- Good prioritization management skills;
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Problem-solving skills with good aptitude and reasoning;
- Skilled presenter and orator with the ability to manage and negotiate conflicting resolution;
- Ability to frame complex ideas in words and provide a clear perspective and outcome by analyzing them;
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals for the growth and development of Veepee.
👉 NICE TO HAVE skills
- Experience with React, Rabbitmq, Postgresql, Jira, ConfluenceScrum;
- Experience with microservices and DDD;
- Experience with unit tests and integration tests.
