About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, The Lead Development Representative is responsible for providing top of funnel support, generating sales leads and feeding the sales funnel through the identification and screening of prospects. The role will work collaboratively with Business Development Managers to hand over Marketing Qualified Leads for further development and closure.
More specifically, this role will:

Drive inbound sales initiatives in the ANZ region, including lead identification, outreach, initial discovery and opportunity identification

Respond to, engage and nurture inbound leads and enquiries

Generate target prospect lists via LinkedIn and through industry knowledge/research

Build strong relationships with Marketing and Sales BDM teams to understand the ideal customer profile and qualification process

Establish contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media and networking, leading to education on AlayaCare product offerings and services

Support the Demand Generation Specialist in converting MQLs and maintain momentum in progressing leads through the funnel successfully

Elicit and document high level prospect business needs

Update and utilise HubSpot plus any required prospecting tools effectively, ensuring data integrity maintenance

Build and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects until they are ready to speak with a Business Development Manager

Represent the AlayaCare brand professionally and in alignment with our values

Strive for continuous learning and development in marketing lead to sales qualified lead conversion to exceed targets and contribute to Sales and Marketing success

Provide detailed handover briefs to Business Development Managers

Drive attendance for webinars and AlayaCare events

Keep up to date with the aged/community care, health and technology industries

Keep up to date with AlayaCare product offerings

Work as a team player in a cohesive manner which fosters collaboration and harmony between Sales and Marketing.
About you

Proven track record of meeting sales targets
-
Technologically savvy and able to adapt to new technology processes and systems

Experience using CRMs, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
-
Knowledge of the end-to-end sales process

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
High level of resilience, drive, tenacity and a positive attitude

Goal and achievement orientation

Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple prospects/leads simultaneously

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team in a collaborative and harmonious manner

Passionate about sales, technology and SaaS

Confident in managing the lead development and follow up process.
It would also be great if you have:

2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a similar role OR
-
Nursing/Care Support experience within the Aged Care/Disability sector
-
A Passion for aged and community care
-
Knowledge of AlayaCare products.
