Role Description

We're currently looking for brilliant, energetic, and passionate people who want to help us revolutionize the way we eat.  We’ve got an amazing culture and are making some of the best fried chicken and cheesesteaks you’ve ever eaten! Come help us get the word out!

As a Lead Generation Associate, you will be part of evangelizing Ando to the world. You will generate opportunities for the growth team and do outreach to enterprise and mid-market companies in our delivery zones. In the process, you'll learn a ton about sales and building a startup from the ground up. If you are a great teammate and want to make a huge impact at an exciting company, we'd love to talk!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Ando’s growth through outreach emails & phone calls with a focus on setting appointments for the inside sales team
  • Research prospect contact information and best ways to develop a relationship
  • Cultivate and qualify new leads that turn into quality appointments
  • Cold call, prospect and pipeline building with opportunity identification
  • Educate prospects on Ando’s menu, food, and technological differentiators
  • Work closely with Account Executives & Marketing on various projects that are supporting the entire sales team

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four year college with great background (Upperclassmen will be considered)
  • Computer literacy; proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, Google Apps, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or Hubspot
  • Very strong in-person and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in setting appointments over the phone is a big plus!
