Lead Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for an articulate and highly quantitative Lead Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team that will inform the core marketing strategies for acquisition, engagement and reactivation. What you'll do:

  • Conduct analysis and design tests to support multimedia marketing initiatives
  • Design and implement tests (A/B and multivariate) to optimize drivers of user acquisition, engagement and reactivation
  • Perform data-driven exploratory analysis to generate hypotheses, identify gaps, and size opportunities for new initiatives
  • Partner with marketing, engineering and business intelligence to ensure proper instrumentation of tests
  • Build algorithmic ways to address marketing challenges such as media mix model, attribution model, etc. using pertinent data science techniques
  • Serve as an internal consultant for the marketing team for all things data and analytics
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical and analytical guidance

What you bring:

  • 7+ years of prior experience required in a fast paced analytics team or 5-7 years of experience with a masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math or Stats 
  • Experience in driving analytics projects independently and communicating results broadly across the organization
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills with exposure to R and/or Python
  • Excellent analytical skills and modeling capabilities, with deep attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing projects and analysis of very large, complex sets of data
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a startup like environment, moving quickly and handling changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with business leaders
