We’re looking for a talented Lead Marketing Designer to help us change the way the world deals with death. As the lead designer in our brand and acquisition team, you’ll be partnering with our Lead Creative Copywriter to concept and deliver campaigns across print, inserts, social, tv, CRM and OOH.
We’re Farewill – we build simple, beautiful products to change the way the world deals with death. Since launching in December 2016, we’ve grown to be the biggest (and most loved) will writer in the UK – raising over £120m for charity along the way. We then launched our second service in March 2019, helping families with probate at the difficult, emotional time of a bereavement. We’re a growing, multidisciplinary and tight-knit team of 35, and after raising £8m this January, we’re only just getting started.
You've spent the last 3 years working as a designer in agencies or in-house, and you have a portfolio full of campaign work to show for it. This covers everything from posters and press ads to emails and social posts – and you might even have some web design work in there too.
You also know that great design is nothing without the thinking behind it, so you love stepping away from the screen to see the bigger picture. Once the strategy is locked in, you'll be able to run things from initial sketches and concepts right through to execution. And if there's a freelance illustrator or photographer that needs to be briefed, you're on it.
