About the role
As a Lead Product Manager for Chime’s Platform you will help develop the strategy and execution for building the foundational accounts and money movements of Chime. All other Chime product managers, designers, and engineers will rely on your products to build and deliver their experiences. You will run the highest scale systems in the company, and uphold the highest standards for reliability and consistency in order to protect our members' access to their money.
Our platform capabilities include card processing, our ledger of record for account balances and transactions, and our direct integrations with banking partners. These essential services power the most important financial activities that millions of Chime members undertake every day. You will ensure that we build the highest levels of trust with our members by making our platform lightning fast, available, secure, and auditable.
The Chime platform team also identifies and integrates with new partners, transforming their legacy interfaces into easy to use APIs for hundreds of Chime engineers, product managers and designers. Your job will be to build and then constantly evolve our platform, identifying new unmet needs and developing new partnerships and integrations in order to build the lowest cost and simplest financial tools for our members.
You’ll bring deep expertise in card processing, ACH, ledgers, bookkeeping, or building trusted developer experiences. You have experience leading high performance teams and managing huge scale. And most importantly, you thrive on building something new.
