Lab49 seeks a dynamic Product Leader to spearhead transformative projects in wealth management and private banking for our elite financial services clients. In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovation and deliver high-impact solutions in a cross-functional, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy, discovery, and development for complex and omnichannel wealth management and private banking initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps
- Engage with C-level executives, presenting insights, strategies, and progress updates
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure project success and cultivate new opportunities
- Translate intricate wealth management concepts into tangible artifacts and actionable product strategies
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in financial sector and product management craft, specifically in wealth management
- Deep understanding of wealth management landscape and trends
- Demonstrated experience in mobile-first product strategies and cross-platform development
- Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycles from discovery to delivery, leading to market differentiation and growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset with a focus on user-centric design and innovation in wealth management and private banking
- Ability to work from New York City office 2-3 days per week

We are hiring across multiple levels for this job.
The base salary range across different levels are-
• Principal level: $190,000 - $230,000
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role and level.
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
Salary range disclosure as required by S9427A when hiring in New York.
