Partnered closely with the Product Lead, you’ll seek to understand AlphaSense user behavior & motivation at a fundamental level, through user interviews, & the development of journey maps, user personas, & other artifacts. You’ll work closely with Product & Engineer Leads to create innovative interfaces for new features & improvements of our award-winning, rapidly growing platform that enhances how financial institutions collaborate, make decisions, & optimize the flow of research & discovery.

Outside exceptional & high-velocity UX thinking/execution, success in this role is dependent on being highly self-motivated, well organized, always open to feedback/critique, & extremely collaborative.
