You provide full legal support of business by:

• Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding legal operations within the Americas Region, specifically Latam.
• Researching different law sources
• Drafting and reviewing contract templates and other documents related to commercial affairs
• Support to the internal sales’ and other departments during the negotiation phase
• Research on legislation where the company intends to expand its business
• Support the development and alignment of company’s policies and procedures as well as implementing the compliance strategy
• Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Effective risk management techniques and proactivity in advising on possible legal issues

More about you:

• Higher education degree, law – LLM
• You have 3+ years' corporate experience (in similar positions), with commercial contracts with full proficiency to create, draft and negotiate a high volume of contracts
• You have the ability to provide strategic, lean and business oriented advice balancing the legal risk with the business reward
• You have a customer and business orientated mindset
• You have full professional fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese, outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• You manage the tasks effectively
• You have a developed passion for technology
• You are driven by the passion for studying and researching different legislations, comparative and telecommunication law
• You have excellent organizational skills and skills to properly manage an important workflow
• You are available for travelling
