Sound like a match? Kabam Vancouver is looking for a Live Operations Coordinator to join us in delivering titles such as Marvel: Contest of Champions and the upcoming Transformers: Forged to Fight.

You will contribute by:

  • Providing direct input in the high-level weekly and monthly planning
  • Coordinating Live Operations team members to deliver on goals and targets by assigning deliverables to team members and confirming timely task execution quality
  • Reviewing, implementing and executing event/offer plans weekly, making recommendations for improvements
  • Measuring the success of product features after release and optimizing their performance through split-testing and rapid, data-driven iteration
  • Working cross-functionally with Production, Design & UX Leads to help build product roadmaps and set priorities
  • Working with Marketing team to support email campaigns and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Collaborating with Community and Player Experience teams on high-impact features and issues

Your background includes:

  • 3+ years working in a production or coordination role, ideally in the gaming industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of in-game Live Operations including events, promotions, analysis
  • Comfort recommending tools and improvements to development teams
  • Familiarity with JIRA ticketing system
  • Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Game design background considered a huge asset
  • Being a fan of Kabam’s games!
