The Marketing Operations Lead is the matrix manager for the 15 local campus markets. This role provides guidance and support for local marketing & partnerships efforts and works alongside the Director of Campus Engagement on implementing & supporting local strategy for awareness, acquisition and activation marketing efforts.


  • Own local marketing operations (partnerships, events, classes, and workshops) & metrics, best practices
  • Managing the new productized C&W vision, including content development, implementation, tracking progress
  • Own training & resource development for local teams
  • Support execution of our partnership strategy across all GA metros
  • Runs bi-weekly local market calls
  • Business Owner of tools that support local marketing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support business operations & keep resources up to date on Confluence platform
  • Interfaces with key stakeholders (General Managers, Senior Regional Directors, Regional Directors) to understand needs on the ground
  • Ongoing analysis of acquisition/activation data
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations team to gather insights about needs & progress of local teams


  • 4-5 years of experience
  • Previous marketing and operations experience
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C
