The Loyalty Director will be responsible for launching & managing our new loyalty program by working with a large cross-functional team inclusive of product, engineering, creative, CRM, etc.  A successful candidate will be highly analytical and a strong partner for product, marketing, and data science teams to grow this critical chort. To be successful you are a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a communicator who is focused on building meaningful and impactful long-term relationships with our most loyal customers. You will report to the SVP of Marketing. 

What you’ll do:

  • Launch the first-ever Slice loyalty program
  • Own the end-to-end experience for loyalty members with a goal of increasing GMV and LTV
  • Partner with the product team to optimize and iterate on program functionality and roadmap
  • Manage the overall consumer promotional strategy and calendar (promotions all tied to program), working closely with the CRM team 
  • Responsible for driving and owning the key KPIs tied to the loyalty program

What we’re looking for: 

  • 8+ Years experience in loyalty and promotional marketing
  • A successful track record of developing and managing personalized loyalty programs to drive measurable customer retention
  • Experience creating multi-channel strategies to improve loyalty adoption
  • Experience working with data and analytics to identify and measure customer cohorts.
  • Good understanding of how to build effective tests and can communicate results to team members across varying levels of experience and technical understanding.
  • A team player and very comfortable with collaboration as this role touches almost every team in the company
  • Accustomed to a fast paced environment
  • Strong experience defining and interpreting campaign audience data.
