It is a very exciting time of growth for Quisitive, and we are currently hiring a M365 / O365 Migration Specialist with good consulting skills, technical ability and business acumen to join our expanding team.

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.

What will this role entail?

In this role, your background and experience in Microsoft 365 Architecture and Modern Work migration will be critical in helping customers deploy and migrate to the M365 platform. This may include SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business and other Microsoft Cloud Services. At Quisitive, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft Cloud Services technologies, build amazing business solutions that make a measurable impact for our clients, and collaborate with an extraordinary team, including Microsoft MVPs. Some of your activities will include:

  • Working with customers to define business goals and determine technical and functional needs 
  • Facilitating strategy sessions specific to M365 
  • Helping clients deploy tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and other M365 components 
  • Leading tenant migration and consolidation efforts for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other M365 services utilizing 3rd party migration tools such as ShareGate and PnP PowerShell
  • Working with customers to navigate the complexities of their data and organizations while guiding them on best practices and modern architectures
  • Documenting migration strategies and as-built deliverables

 What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • Experience architecting, building, migrating and supporting solutions involving Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other M365 services or Power Platform low-code applications 
  • 3+ years full life cycle Microsoft SharePoint/O365 implementation, upgrade, migration and deployment experience. This includes creating custom solutions in SharePoint 2016, 2019 and O365. 
  • Working experience with ShareGate Desktop Migration, specifically its PowerShell modules and scripting capabilities
  • High level understanding of capabilities around labeling, retention, information protection and other content related Purview features
  • Knowledge of current M365 and Azure services and standards including SharePoint Framework, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, Teams and Dataverse for Teams
  • Knowledge of content related M365 capabilities such as SharePoint Premium, Microsoft Syntex, SharePoint Advanced Management, and SharePoint Search
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills 
  • A promoter of trust and teamwork and a customer-focused mindset; the ability to work across functional boundaries to develop productive customer/team relationships
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence business stakeholders, discern business needs and the impact of technology transformation, and translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to take ownership of assignments to accomplish goals, successfully handle multiple work streams, and embrace change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while managing to deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, time management and organizational skills
  • Innovative thinker with a desire and aptitude to always be learning and adapt to new concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What would set me apart? 

  • Previous consulting experience in a customer-facing role
  • Previous position with a Microsoft systems integrator
  • Familiarity and/or experience with the Microsoft Modern Collaboration Architecture (MoCA), Microsoft Graph API, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) or Azure Information Protection, (AIP) Microsoft Viva Suite, M365 eDiscovery processes and tools, and/or Enterprise Content Management in the Microsoft stack
  • M365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online or other relevant certifications
