About the Role:

AdRoll is seeking a Manager of our Account Executive team for our North America Sales team. The position will be based out of our San Francisco office and will oversee a team of Account Executives who are focused on growing their book of existing customers. 

You will be instrumental in facilitating a strong team dynamic, driving growth, and reducing churn across all managed accounts within B2C. You will also play a role in developing the overall B2C strategy. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high performing team of 9 Account Executives working within our B2C industry
  • Oversee an $8M/QTR managed book of business (and growing fast!)
  • Fuel B2C managed revenue growth through upsells, product adoption and reducing churn
  • Hit key objectives and targets through tactical plans to drive revenue and productivity
  • Uphold AdRoll’s values, foster a great team spirit, and maintain the sense of a tight-knit unit
  • Hire, develop, retain, and motivate your team for extraordinary performance
  • Be accountable, detailed, data-driven, and determined in your approach to work
  • Roll up your sleeves and drive excellent results with your team
  • Identify best practices for the B2C vertical

Preferred candidate criteria:

  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Detailed knowledge of digital advertising landscape and trends
  • In depth knowledge and passion for technology based clients and platforms
  • Strong knowledge of AdRoll’s products and solutions
  • Experience with managing and growing a portfolio of existing advertisers by building relationships and providing consultative, strategic advertising guidance
  • Experience serving as a liaison between our customers and our product team as well as collaborating cross functionally
  • Ability and eagerness to partner with other AdRoll teams
  • Data focused; experience with SFDC, Tableau reporting
